“Good location but the room itself wasn't so comfortable.”
The location is good: it's a short walk to the train station and hence to the funicula from the train station down to the town and lakeside. Google Maps chose a very odd route to walk there from the train station; better to just find the location and use the roads to get there. Also it is on a bus route from the eastern part of town if you don't want to catch the funicula up.

The young man on the reception desk was very helpful. The location of the hotel was very near the station and much nearer the centre of this lovely old town than it first appeared. The room was very clean and comfortable with lovely white bed linen.

It was a very short stay, but I was satisfied. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Lugano is a beautiful place. ❤️

Best location, few minutes walk from train station and in front of bus stop. On the very busy street but inside the room is quiet. Clean room and friendly staff, very good value for money.
