Perfect location and for the price that i paid was ok.

Upon arrival and during my stay, I found the room to be in an unacceptable condition. There was visible dust, hair, and dirt throughout the room, including inside the wardrobe and on the floor. The bathroom was also poorly cleaned, particularly around the toilet hinges, where clear signs of neglect were visible. In addition, the microwave in the room was not clean and showed clear signs of improper hygiene. I also discovered what appeared to be small insects or larvae in the room, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and concerning. I reported these issues to the reception during my stay; however, no proper action was taken and the room condition remained unchanged. Furthermore, my child’s socks became visibly dirty after walking on the room floor, which further confirms the poor cleanliness of the accommodation. I have attached a photo as supporting evidence, along with additional images documenting the issues mentioned above. This situation significantly affected our stay and does not reflect the standards advertised on your platform. I kindly request that you review this case and consider appropriate compensation, either partial or full refund, given the severity of the hygiene issues experienced. I paid 113 CHF, though the booking was for 96 CHF. When I gave him 200€, he returned 42 CHF. He swindled me.

We spent 2 days in Lugano. The location was convenient, close to the train station, 15 minutes walk as we arrived late. Clean room with all amenities. Thank you for the free tickets to get around the city. There were also vouchers in the lobby for 50% off the funicular.

At the first glace it looked very cosy, a bedroom with a tiny kitchen complete with the stove and sink. A view on the lake and the city was stunning and parking on the nearby street was free. The large double bed was large indeed and fit my whole 6'2.
