In our Aussengenarten you will find an urban oasis that stops the hustle and bustle of the city and transforms it into a time of relaxation. The hotel is an architectural highlight and is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Lugano and just a 5-minute walk from the Lugano SBB train station. For the duration of your stay, you will receive the Ticino Card free of charge for use of public transport, as well as many great discounts on excursions and cultural visits. Our hotel is non-smoking in all indoor areas. Pets are not allowed. The B5 Boutique Hotel Lugano is your place to B. Charming, warm and personal. “A Lovely Boutique Hotel”
The friendly and hospitable owners and staff fully welcomed me! My hotel room was riddled with detailed decor, and I could tell the team put a lot of intentionality into the hotel. The location was <5 minutes from the train station, and I received a free voucher to use public transport throughout my stay. Loved everything about my stay!

“Amazing decoration & Great location”
The location is great, only 3-5 minutes away from the train station with a bit of slope to go to the hotel. The decoration is very artistic and hi-tech. Easy to check in & access the hotel. Staff are friendly & helpful.

“Budget, clean, as expected”
The location as it is near the Lugano train station. To have an easier route to the hotel, exit at platform 4 and take the right turn and walk up a very small hill to the hotel. Don’t turn left as you will need to take the lots of stairs up!

I had a wonderful stay at B5 Boutique Hotel. The hotel was extremely clean and everything was very well maintained. The location is amazing and very convenient, with everything nearby. I also loved how technologically developed and innovative the hotel is, it made the whole experience feel modern and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options, and all the facilities and amenities were excellent. Everything was organized, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would happily stay here again.

No face to face interaction with staff necessary at any point, though we would always have been able to get help had we needed any. As a consequence, very flexible checkin/checkout process. Quiet place, yet close to the train station. Playful and cute art throughout the hotel.
