“Unfortunately was unable to experience the stay.”

I emailed my movements to the owner, that I will arrive at the railway station with question about how to get keys. I got noresponse. I traveled to the apartment block at the address hoping the owner is there. There was no one there. I had no choice but to go to a local hotel. I later got a call from the owner apologising that she was out of town and that she messaged me where the keys are. Unfortunately I didn’t get this message. She promised to refund my money but yet to see this. Overall a disappointing experience.

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is clean, well designed, comfortable, in a quiet neighbourhood and has a great view on the park. The kitchen is fine, the bathroom is spacious. Ludza is a nice and attractive town located in the midst of several lakes. We loved it.

Modern and comfortable place to stay in this town! It was very warm to sleep, everything was clean and prepared for me.
