“Stuffy room”
Great location. Friendly staff. We booked the junior suite so lots of room. Quite with a fridge in the room. Wife was happy as there was a bathtub in the suite.

“Ok for short stay or business trip”
Good for the centre of Ludwigshafen. The car park is close by and reasonable value compared to street parking. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was reasonable and had a decent selection.

“Careful with which room you book!”
I booked a room because it said in the description it featured a bathtub. I arrive at the hotel and the receptionist just stares at me and says nothing. I get to my room, no bathtub. The receptionist was very rude and said I should take it up to Booking, which I did. And only after that they were open to give me options or, in this case, a room with a bathtub. The whole experience was really unpleasant and the bathtub was really small. I am definitely never coming back.

“Clean and comfortable”
We had the suite room with a small kitchen which was really convenient for us. The room itself was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff were also helpful and provided an extra pillow when needed. Location for us was perfect, walking distance to the mall and other shops.

Easily accessible by public transport, Staff are very friendly and helpful and there is 24/front desk help if needed. Air-conditioned rooms Close to city center so plenty of shops and restaurants just a few minute walk. also shopping center is very close
