“Sam apartments are great…”
The friendly greeting when we arrived, the apartment was stocked with coffee, tea, coffee machine, washing machine… Restaurants, Bakeries, shopping all within walking distance, buses and street trains all close by.. We would stay here again..

Ideal place to visit Mannehim and nearby cities. The owner is very kind. For non-smokers I suggest checking first if the apartment is non-smoking (in any case the apartment is very clean).

“Please specify in the advert that smoking is allowed inside the apartment or change your policy.”
Well equipped kitchen. There is all you need. Heating works well. It is very quiet. Parking for free around is possible.

“Relaxing time at Sam's Apartments, worth doing again.”
The peacefulness of the courtyard and the local area was also good because of the shops and places to eat. Getting a tram into the centre was cheap and easy too.

Clean, cute and there was everything that could possibly be necessary in a flat, from the kitchen towel to the coffee pads for the coffee machine. Really appreciated the sugar and salt!
