Amazing hotel,kind and professional team! The rooms are spacious ,just nice and comfortable ! The perfect hotel for the night! Having balcony only makes it even better. It’s really high hotel so the balcony adds to the hotel’s magic.

“Uncleaned and bad service”
Awful arrogant service on the reception. Disgusting old rooms. Our room was uncleaned from previous people so we had to ask to change it. The receptionst told us that this is normal for hotels in Germany - I don't think so! I also didnt receive receipt for the paid parking for our two cars.

“Bed was Great, if you like Getting Ripped Off !!!!!!!!!!!!”
Pay so much money for breakfast and get told 1:10hr before closing time, there wont be any more Eggs or Bread (Brotchen), WTF !!!, I would like my 33 euros back for that BS. and while I'm writing here, Got charged 30 euros for parking and found out later that the Parking is NOT EVEN insured !!!
