“No hot water and so disgusting wouldnt use the bathroom...”
I liked the location being next to train station although we had to cross busy road with luggage so keep this in mind.

Booked the hotel for a the day after Diwali. Early checkin was directly discussed with hotel and agreed. When we arrived at the premise, the staff was very unwelcoming and not sure of anything like hot water , breakfast etc. We had to go out and do a spot booking. Being on the road at 5am , finding alternate options was not pleasant.

Cheaters fraudsters at reception, My booking clearly mentions Breakfast Included, staff not ready to listen, charged for breakfast, Extra person charges receptionist says needs to be paid extra though my booking clearly mentions I have paid for extra already. No Credit / debit card, only cash, Tried to cheat me for GST amount. Asked me to cancel online bookings & make transaction offline. Dirty Rooms, filthy Bathrooms, no hot water for shower 🚿 Flash not Working properly Exhaust fan not working Leaking taps No tea Powder / kittle No Wifi Dirty Beds Cockroaches in cupboard Dirty smelly blankets. Zero trained staff. No one ready to help Made our trip a hell-like stay.
