“Nothing is worth! Don’t stay here!”
We decided not to check in as soon we saw the room’s condition I would suggest you should check the rooms before u book or pay! From the staff till rooms nothing was worth it therefore we decided to go other hotels which was cheaper and worth it. The arrogance front desk staff could be the worst customer service care I would have experienced! No apology was from them at all. The bed linen had hairs, the bathroom had hairs and the room were very different from the pics.

“The rooms need major renovations”
Please do not stay here. Location was good as there is a shopping centre however the rooms are terrible and need to be replaced. These pictures on their listing do NOT match. I want a refund.

The rooms were extremely unhygienic with stinking smell... Dirty linen.... No mopping done from ages... Couldn't stay there for a minute... On being asked from the staff, they were also unhelpful.

Only the staff was helpfull 😀 This should not have 4 Stars. No buffet breakfast. Dirty bad sheets.
