The restaurant does not even exist, and the owners have not even bothered to update it. I carried all my luggage and reached the hotel at night due to severe road blocks and they tell us there is no such hotel. I didn't know what to do. Thankfully I got another hotel.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, from the front desk to the dinner and breakfast was excellent.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed by booking.com. This is fraud hotel. It’s not showing even on google maps. First of all, the hotel is 5 stories but there is not an elevator. The room were dirty. There were ice cream sticks on the floor. The bathroook were dirty. As it’s not hygienic, lot of mosquito are there. The bathroom latch is not working so have to keep it open. We have booked for 3 people. It was mentioned extra bed can be provided but the room is so small there is no place for bed. Staff is not aware about breakfast inclusion. The location is on main road. You can’t sleep. Next room guests made so much noise , can’t sleep. This place to be taken down from booking. Com. Lately I know one of my friend also has same experience 3 months before.

My room had everything that I wanted and and It was overall a good experience.
