“Horrible stay.”
Rooms were not at all like shown in images. Hotel has a non working restaurant so they call everything from outside. Rooms had damped walls, Washrooms with only one towel and no toiletries. Intercom not working. Dirty bed linen. I specially added breakfast as I was traveling with my family and they provided me only two options, prats and sandwiches with tea. When I asked for extra cups of tea in breakfast they refused to give. Wherever the breakfast came from, it was horrible and shitty. They should shut off this place. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

“Comfortable Stay”
Bathroom bathing area water make the entire area of bathroom wet. This may cause accident due to slippage. This neeed to be rectified. TV in my room did not work.

Very good property in Ludhiana good hospitality by staff. Very clean and hygiene food and room easily accessible. Would love to stay again. Enjoy Chinese food. Amazing & relaxing ambience.... Excellent stay.
