The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay

Room service was excellent. Staffs doing a fantastic job. It was a delicious experience as well. Overall experience was 5 star. However the breakfast staff went out of their way and are very accommodating. The security guard at the front of the hotel was absolutely friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and tidy. My booking was cancelled without any prior intimation and that too through a whatsapp message. When I called to check they said my booking was tentative even though booking.com showed that my booking was confirmed
