“Terrible without unexpected gross fraud from your company.”
We had the most unexpected gross umiliated experience as we had to pay a second time for the accomodation before we could make use of their accomodation facilities, because Bookings.com did not pay them, although Bookings.com did take our money R3000.00 through there payment system. We will tell everybody about this gross embarresment, it seems to be fraud and I expect Booking.com to pay a.s a.p my money back. Never ever will i trust them as a travel agency to do business again.

“Trip to Kolmanskop”
The price-performance ratio is really unbeatable. The Food is good right next door in the Restaurant. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Kolmanskop is very close, and only about 11 kilometers away. The room is very well equipped, very big and in the Room is also a Refrigator. In the town of Lüdritz there are also 2 supermarkets If there is space in the courtyard, the parking space is included in the price.
