“Overall decent stay would recommend”
The property was very clean, it was comfortable and the staff were very helpful when I rolled my ankle. I slept very well in the double bed private room.

“Well maintained, clean and good location.”
I was pleasantly surprised by how well maintained and clean the hostel was. I only had one more occupant in my dorm which I think may have contributed to the overall experience. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood but you can hear the distant sound of traffic or the occasional train nearby, and if unlucky, noise from neighbours.

“Do not hesitate, the best place in Lucknow”
I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Backpackers Den in Lucknow and can wholeheartedly recommend it to any traveler! The level of cleanliness here truly stood out. The bathrooms were spotless, a huge plus for any hostel, and both the kitchen and common areas were consistently tidy, creating a really pleasant environment to cook or just relax. Beds were incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect restful sleep after a day of exploring. What really impressed me were the small but mighty practical solutions. The hostel is clearly run by people who understand what backpackers need! I loved having power sockets right by the bed for easy charging, along with individual lights and shelves for my essentials. Even the terrace area was thoughtfully equipped with power sockets, which was brilliant for getting some work done outdoors. Backpackers Den manages to combine a comfortable, clean stay with clever, practical amenities that make all the difference. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Lucknow with good vibes and excellent facilities, look no further! And one more thing, many hotels in Lucknow don't host foreigners. Backpackers Den is foreigners-friendly.

“Excellent value for money in a very smart hostel”
It was very clean and well- furnished. There was a kitchen where I could prepare simple meals. It is situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood.
