“Great size pool. Very tranquil & walkable into local town for coffee, gelato & dinner”
The estate is called Sasso Canaldo. Its just outside the Tuscan hill town of Lucignano. There is one big house on site and a few smaller ones. We rented the one bed house as a couple. It was about 10 steps from the pool. Very clean. Excellent kitchen equipment. Comfy bed. And very very tranquil. All the properties share the pool. There was a group of 7 or 9 ladies staying at the big house. They spent the day at the pool and were very respectful of the other guests. You can drive into town (5 mins) or walk (15-20 mins). You can walk around the olive groves. The formal garden in the pictures is part of the big house rental. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine/drying rack/ iron and ironing board. Theres a very big supermarket about 15 mins drive away. Its a very tranquil estate. I think if the pool guests were noisy you would hear it, but we were fortunate that it was very tranquil. We would return in the future.

Beautiful grounds, amongst olive groves and forest. Lavanda was a good size for a family of 5 and the veranda area was nice . Short pleasant walk into Lucignano for coffee/drinks.

“Lovely Tuscany”
Beautiful area, and location. Owner (Barbara)was wonderful!!!!! Guilia was excellent for us at reception. Really Quiet place. Luicignano is a lovely gem. Nice restaurants, within 20 minutes walk. Also it is central between a number of nice towns.
