It was a great location and Patrick really made us feel at home. His breakfasts were lovely and he kindly encouraged us to take any leftovers for later in the day.

This review is for our extra two nights as we extended our initial two night stay. We loved everything. There were so many great quality features....the bed, decor, appliances, kitchen equipment, soaps, linens, large bath towels and a luxury bathroom. Great location. Sunny balcony with an incredible view. Patrick and his wife are very kind and helpful. Looking forward to returning again!

“Highly Recommend!”

Patrick made our check-in very easy. The King with Balcony unit is really spacious and extremely clean. The bathroom is beautiful with a lovely shower and double sink. The kitchen is very well equipped with great appliances. The pots and pans and most kitchen utensils are like new. Comfortable bed and very quiet street at night. The balcony has a beautiful view of the mountains and the river. Patrick and his wife are very helpful. We liked our accommodation and the town so much, we have extended our stay an extra two nights.

Patrick was an excellent host, always available.Great breakfast each morning either in the kitchen or outdoor terrace.Location was perfect as it was just a short stroll to the centre of Luchon. We loved everything about our stay here.

I arrived looking a mess, having just finished my 26 day hike of the first half of the GR10. Host Patrick did not bat an eyelid, and he gave me a warm welcome and a very welcome beer. This wonderful approach continued, with Patrick booking dinner for me my first night, offering a wonderful breakfast and then even driving me to get my train when I left (taxis being hard to find in Luchon early on a Sunday morning!). My room (suite) offered everything I could ask for, with a comfortable bed, a modern bathroom and shower and a lovely sitting room. I didn't need A/C, but it is there. All in all, this was the perfect end to my Pyrenees adventure.

Fabulous host who recommended walks and restaurants, even making reservaions for us. The fresh pastries bread and preserves at breakfast as well as the excellent freshly brewed coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice was just over and above our expectations.

Perfect base to visit this part of the Pyrenees. Having lunch on top of the world , was our highlight. Patrick was on hand for requests. ie booking horse riding , viewpoints and booking restaurants. We were made to feel very welcome.

After 2 weeks' hiking in the pyrenees, it was lovely to spend a relaxing and comfortable weekend at Le 41. Patrick made us feel very welcome, provided a great breakfast and went out of his way to help us.

Excellent accommodation of high standard with bedroom, shower room and sitting room. Patrick and family were friendly, welcoming hosts offering local information and recommending & booking restaurants. The breakfast is very good too.

Everything about this place was excellent - 100% recommend it. After a week in different hotel rooms it was wonderful to have a very large bathroom, a sitting room as well as a bedroom. Much easier to relax and feel at home with the extra space. Very well furnished with lots of storage space. A very helpful and considerate owner - he had even installed a fan in the bedroom as it was in the middle of a heatwave. Wonderful location next to a river too.

Good location, short walk or cycle to village. Elegant, spacious, well equipped. Very comfortable bed and lovely linen. Spotlessly clean. Proprietor, Patrick was welcoming, friendly, helpful. Excellent breakfast, delicious omelette with goats cheese and local honey.

Stayed two nights in the accommodation. The bedroom was spacious with views out on three sides. It also had a fridge and tea making facilities. The adjoining bathroom was the most well laid out bathroom I have seen with a window opening to the flowing river and views towards the mountains. The room was very pleasant to stay in and we both had a relaxing time.
