“Great value--would stay there again”
Room was spacious. Shower had good hot water supply. Bed was really comfortable. I liked the fact that they had a bin for things like shower caps, razor blades, combs etc. where you could take things you may have forgotten. Nice place to purchase a few food items at a reasonable cost. I loved the location because it was near where I needed to be and also right on the city's loop, which made it accessible to a lot of places in a short time. The bed was super-nice with 4 different pillows to accommodate various needs.

Room 429 air compressor was out and that's what they assigned us through booking.com. There's no way I could have slept in there with all the noise the unit was making. Front desk gal's, first day. Never did smile once. Even when I asked if I could keep my pet giraffe in the room. When I requested to change rooms due to the noise I was told that's impossible due to my rate going through booking.com. then a few minutes later they decided to go ahead and put me in a king suite, but I have to pay the upgrade. Then a few minutes later they said it would be free and we changed rooms to 303. If I stay there again, I'll stay in room 303 because it was fantastic. The shades did not work and either room. They are a track method and the previous people keep getting them off track and I had to fix them in both rooms myself. For 70 bucks it was good but I'll probably spend a few extra money and go down the street.

The check in desk staff were excellent. He gave us a recommendation for a restaurant in town when I asked him, which was spot on, so we had a good meal out. That was good service.
