“Older property that needs a renovation to be competitive”
Facilities is run down -- common halls and elevators are dirty. Paint falling off the walls everywhere. Room has an odd scent.

“Great and we will come again”
Comfortable, friendly staff, clean, easy to get to, good cameras in parking lot, good variety at breakfast. The only 2 issues were we never got the hang of the TV and there were bugs in the Orange Juice. (minor issue, we don't drink it anyway) The staff put up with a bit of noise, our comings and goings at various hours of the night and day as we were there for a wedding and several parties. The bar upstairs - the younger people had a ball!
