“it was the worse hotel ever - AND WE NEVER GOT A ROOM”
The hotel didn’t have a room ready at 8:30 pm on the day of reservation - they said they didn’t have enough staff- awful area and surrounding and very outdated . The pool are was the cleanest part of the hotel - we had to go stay with family in another total 8 people in double room bed - because it was so late - terrible

This is just a horrible hotel to stay at. The lobby was so hot and muggy. All elevators did not work which resulted in the first room switch. Then the second room did not have a working shower. The third and final room had a freezer that was rock solid when we needed to use it. They did bring another fridge, but that meant I had to wait hours for it to finally cool to even be able to use it. The floors had clearly not even been swept or mopped. They also had no bath towels to bathe with, which mad no sense at all. Good thing I had my own. The manager was nice and tried to accommodate us, but the younger girl that worked the front desk was so unprofessional. She would smoke her vape right in your face while trying to assist you.
