“Our experience was mostly great ! We just want The Overton to remain the best!”
Overall, good experience. The restaurant is great. Wonderful food and service. That said: There is a need for improvement. Small details. We didn’t get enough towels or hand towels. Also, the bathroom is fatigued. Bathtub has been painted poorly and it’s peeling. Our room was below the standard for The Overton Hotel. The pillows are also past their prime.

“Easy and comfortable.”
The food was excellent and the amenities were nice such as the room had glasses to drink out if instead of plastic cups, etc. Very spacious room and very clean. All assistance requested from the front desk was very prompt and courteous.

I was in town for a campus visit and I was in the perfect location to get to the university as well as restaurants and other places. The staff was really nice, especially at the onsite restaurant bar.

Stayed in Lubbock twice and this was far better than the last time this property made me enjoy the area much more than the last made me feel Like I was back in Florida. Property well kept staff amazing great hotel, lived up to the expectations

The rooms that were assigned to this booking faced busy street and the gap under the main room door let in light and noise. Walls were thin and that meant that noises could be heard constantly. Hotel chambermaids forgot to clean the rooms one day. There was a leaky shower faucet.
