The bedsheets are as stiff as sheets of paper. The rooms have no power outlets, and the ones that are there don't work.

The front desk person we encountered was rude and unprofessional. As we were waiting for him to come back from his smoke break, another family had an issue of checking in to their room and he assigned them to a room that was already occupied. Once that was straightened out, I asked for 2 additional towels and he proceeded to let me know that he’d have to walk down to housekeeping and that they are limited until the next morning, said it would take around 5 minutes to grab. We opted to possibly come back at a later time only to see that he gave the person behind us towels after letting us know there weren’t any. Additionally, if you are a light sleeper - go to a different hotel. The rooms are built poorly and you can hear everything that is happening around you. There were kids running around and screaming until 2 am.

Great variety! Food was warm and promptly replenished with a smile.

Everything was great overall it was a good room for wheelchair access

Check in was fast and easy, front desk staff checking us in was friendly. Room was large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast area was clean, plenty of seating and the food was very good as was the selection of food.
