I enjoyed my stay at the accommodation, albeit so brief. It was an overnight stay during a cross-country road trip, so it was a decent place to rest passing through Lubbock. The staff were very courteous and were pleasant enough to offer me a quiet room.

“Nice place to stay overall”
I have stayed here many times on business, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious especially for business. Value for the money is excellent. The manager is especially nice and accomadating. He does a great job of running facility and taking care of any staff or facility issues. Breakfast room and food is adequate.

“HORRIBLE went to a different hotel”
The room was disgusting, there was old food in the fridge, bugs coming out of it & on the wall. A dead bug smeared on the wall, blood on the wall. Dirty sheets, it was nasty !!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Big spacious room and quiet even though close to freeway. Breakfast provided. Various restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.

Please avoid this property at all costs! I was asked to pay a $50 deposit with my credit card during check-in and was required to sign a document to acknowledge this deposit payment (which is the first time I have encountered during my trips). On hindsight, I felt that I shouldn't have signed it. A month later, I still haven't seen that $50 refund for my credit card. I felt scammed.
