The printer in the business center was out of toner and would not copy or print. I had very important business papers to print, sign, scan, and send by e mail. I was unable to do so because the hotel did not have the foresight or professionalism to have print toner on hand. It is reasonably foreseeably when someone installs the last available printer cartridge that another one should be ordered immediately. I asked the clerk at the front desk for assistance and she apologized and said they had no printer cartridge.
