“Refund”
Nothing .... tv don't work and I was not informed till after I checked in and they refused to move me rooms.... no tv ... no trashcan.... no soap ....

“A good room in a poorly run establishment”
We were given a clean and comfortable room after I queried the sign at checkin that they no longer supply fridges or microwaves. The room we were given had both and we were very appreciative.

“Horrible”
My reservation was canceled and I did not receive any communication that it was being canceled. The employee just said it was canceled nothing he can do. I got into lubbock at 11:30 pm and didn't have a room to stay in. It was graduation weekend I went to 6 hotels before I found a room for double what my reservation was for

“Could have been better managed and maintained.”
The Room was nice. The location was near the highway we were on. The breakfast was "OK". The air was good (air conditioning and heating). There were no stairs directly to the top, out-facing area and you had to go inside the building to then go upstairs and out again to the balcony: Good for safety.

They have bed bugs and refuse to refund my money and they denied even seeing the one I killed that was biting all over my neck they denied my bites I even showed then I would never recommend anyone to stay here

Price was very reasonable however the tv didn’t work so I had to switch rooms and was told that I should call before arriving next time if I wanted a room with a working tv,microwave and refrigerator because even though there in the room they not always in working condition ?
