To be honest our stay here was disappointing. The gym facilities were substandard. Very little usable equipment. We had pillows that were half size. We spent two nights here so we would be able to do washing after a 12 day trip and the washing g machine was not working. The staff were dis interested at best. Disappointing compared to other Best westerns

This is lovely hotel - great rooms very clean, super helpful staff. Nice pool and good selection on breakfast. Nice quiet location too. Beds are super comfy and good shower too. We liked it so much we booked an extra night !

The pillows were tiny and not comfortable. The AC didn’t work well and in Texas with the high of 104 we don’t need a crappy AC and a thick down comforter.

“comfortable stop in Lubbock”
pool and Gym were excellent. bed comfortable. spacious room, breakfast was pretty good would have preferred natural yogurt but good effort to have yogurt. fresh fruit good touch.
