“Couldnt stay here .. they never provided the keys .. had to book another property”
Zero responses from the many emails sent regarding how to obtain the keys to check in - we had to book a different property in the end as they provided no detail how to get the keys due to our flight arriving in the evening from the UK, not even on the day of arrival, and no responses to any messages either directly or via booking.com. Totally unacceptable. I sent many many messages over a 4 week period and not one of them was replied to, and with attending a wedding in the region, had to book somewhere else that turned out to be such a great place we will likely return there in the future. This is the worst "Customer Service" I have ever experienced, to not reply to a single email or message via booking.com about a critical piece of information.
