“Disappointed”

I booked this accommodation based on other guests reviews as that’s what most people would do as well. The hotel itself is really beautiful building but that’s about where the positive ends. The checking was really pretty straightforward with no fuss etc and our room was directly behind the check-in desk. You could not open the doors which was probably a good thing as they went directly out into the front courtyard so the room was really quiet enclosed. The aircon was not coping even though it was set in the coldest temp of 17c the room was stuffy. No where to unpack your luggage (shelves, hooks etc) the bathroom had NO shelves either so your personal stuff had to go in the shower floor and no floor mat for the bathroom so the floor was dangerously wet after a shower.

Nice pool after a long hot day. We got excellent use out of the complementary bicycles went everywhere on them.

The staff was really friendly, I loved chilling by the fresh pool -with a local beer- and the free use of the wonderful bike, which I used every day to move around the city! The location is perfect, quiet but close to the heritage centre of beautiful Luang Prabang!

Arrived early and was allowed to get the room earlier then normal, which was appreciated. A smaller room, but comfortable. The bathroom is a wet area for sure. The pool area looked very good to relax around after a day of playing tourist. I thought the room we got may have been noisy, as it was near the front, and reception area. It wasn't noisy at all, very quite.

Welcoming receptionist. Changed our room straight away when we found bugs on the bed. Room they changed us too was fine. Didn't use the pool but looked fine.

The hotel has such a lovely, stunning, and scenic view. The location was very convenient and close to numerous tourist attractions, including the night market. Simply walk around. I also take a stroll to Phousi Hill. Then, You will have the opportunity to witness the early morning alms giving at the nearby junction. Besides, I was impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff was, especially the receptionist. You can easily book a sharing van to go to Kuang Si Falls at the reception. Furthermore, you can also find free bike services that enable you travel around LP. Last but not least, breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I love that it has a variety of fruits prepared there.

The staff were friendly and helpful . When the hotel was quite breakfast was cooked to order (buffet on busy mornings) Quiet pool area . In walking distance of many restaurants. Room had a nice bath.

The staff was friendly upon arrival and showed us to our room. The room we booked last minute was big and clean. Outside of our room was the pool, which was very nice. The location is in walking distance to the night market and the old town.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed the hearty breakfast and the very pleasant swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
