“Exceptional customer service and facilities highly recommend.”
The location was great only a short walk into the main town. Great restaurant and lovely garden area with lake. Facilities included gym, outdoor pool and spa . The crowning glory was the staff all so friendly and welcoming couldn’t praise them enough. Thanks to Lou (front desk Manager) for all his help and advice.

The hotel name is appropriate - looking out on a large garden and lotus pools. The hotel is centrally located in a quiet area only a few minutes' walk from the night market and the river. the hotel offers free bikes to enable you to explore the town. The restaurant provided a good a la carte breakfast and is also open for lunch and dinner although we didn't eat there.

“Relax in Luang Prabang.”
Staff were attentive and nothing was too much hassle for them to arrange for us. They were polite and very helpful. The hotel is beautiful and quiet, within eye shot of a temple and a quick walk to the night market. Do book a massage. Great value and in a lovely little cabana in the corner of the hotel grounds.
