“Best hotel manager ever”
What we liked most was Kai, the manager, she is the reason we loved our stay at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for this friendly & kind woman. We will return because of her. Thank you Kai 🙏 Accommodation met our needs, it was comfortable, breakfast was good & the pool was clean.

“Lovely staff but poor accommodation”
Lovely staff doing their very best to cope at this very busy hotel with happy smiles they get 10/10. They could definitely do with some extra assistance and support from the owner we think. The place needs a deep clean including the filthy air con filters which are a health hazard. One very big issue is the paper thin walls which definitely affect the quality of the stay.

“Lovely stay, great hotel.”
Such a nice stay, very relaxing pool area. Good breakfast that’s included. Great location, walking street within 10/15 minute walk or 5 minute bike. Really friendly staff, helped with transfer to Kuang si falls and offered help for onward travel.
