This might be the best accommodation I ever stayed at. From the extremely beautiful interior, the helpful and friendly staff to the excellent location - it was an absolutely perfect stay!

“A relaxing stay in a beautiful and comfortable place”

We had a wonderful stay in Pha Nya. The building is beautiful, it is facing a temple in a quiet street and is still a walking distance from the center, restaurants and night market. They make bicycles available to the guests, which was a great way to discover Luang Prabang. The room is comfortable and we would totally visit again.

Very helpful staff, very clean, good location.

The hotel is a restored heritage building. The thoughts and efforts that went into supporting local artists and communities, and design of furniture layouts etc were much appreciated. The room is very clean, comfortable and stylish respecting local history. The staff and manager were all very warm and helpful, they look out for you and actively find ways to help you - that's super nice feeling to be looked after. One can always count of advice from the staff. No hesitation to come back next time and thank you again for the wonderful stay!

“Absolutely wonderful”

This is an exceptional property in the most incredible location. And the staff and support to access good restaurants, good activities, and to negotiate other parts of our trip was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. We were absolutely be looked after and felt connected to the place. I could not recommend this place highly enough. Five stars every time. We absolutely loved it.

Guillaume and his team are an absolute blast to have as hosts during the stay! This recently opened hotel is a charming boutique hotel where guest contact comes first. Wonderfull breakfast with fresh fruits, eggs,… Also in terms of decoration it is an ideal place to relax and come at ease.

“Immaculate heritage hotel in the Luang Prabang old town”

Our second stay in PHA NYA after touring northern Laos. We were so happy to return to this beautiful heritage hotel. We even booked an extra night after our train was cancelled and were offered a special rate by the manager. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Comfortable, beautiful and very detail oriented.

Pha Nya Residence is in a beautifully restored heritage colonial building, right in the middle of the UNESCO old town. Every detail has been carefully considered and perfectly executed. It feels like being transported back to the golden age of travel in French Indochina. The rooms are large and well appointed, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Very attentive and helpful staff, great breakfast options and services. Could not recommend this place any more highly, well worth the price for the comfort, luxury and beautiful setting.

“Cool, smart and stylish residence in the centre of Luang Prabang”

Guillaume was extremely friendly and full of useful information. It's a fantastic building, one of the most attractive in Luang Prabang, and that is saying something. Rooms were elegant, well furnished and very clean. Opposite the beautiful monastery. A cool vibe permeates the whole place.

It is super stylish, clean and beautiful hotel! Rooms are spacious, new, and comfortable. The hotel is in the best spot to reach all atractions in Luang Prabang. Friendly and helpful staff.

“Ok as a 3 star hotel”

Ideal location and nice view Brilliant aircon- effective but also nice and quiet. Staff friendly after initial arrival Mosquito net around bed is handy, plenty of space in room and complimentary water. Shower, bed, cleaning all fine. Nicely decorated.

The service provided by the property was, kind and warm. We enjoyed the common outdoor area, especially in the evening. The accommodation was centrally located to most of the attractions.

Great location very close to main shopping and restaurants all walking distance. Centrally located to all the famous and historical sites. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The best was Caroline who took time to contact me before arriving offering various help and on checking in spend more than 30 minutes providing various advices on how to move about in Luang Prabang, what and where to eat. Many thanks Caroline. The highlight was the sumptuous breakfast of local and French or have both. We had our breakfast there on 3 consecutive days !!! Definitely value for money, Will come again when next in LP.
