The room was absolutely filthy; there were cobwebs, ants, dirt everywhere, and grossest of all- giant COCKROACHES in the bathroom! The staff were consistently very rude and unwelcoming. No one helped us with our bags. Terrible value for money; please stay elsewhere

Then staff were unhelpful. We asked for milk for our coffee / tea and we’re told they could not arrange this even though the hotel has a restaurant !!! Their is no outdoor space to walk or sit to relax. The hotel is right beside many n road very noisy.

This is a lovely hotel with delightful old style rooms and very helpful friendly staff, with a breakfast cafe in an unbelievably wonderful location.

Everything was brilliant, most of all the location, room decor and staff. We also enjoyed the riverview balcony and the breakfast spot

The Hotel is perfectly situated by the Mekong River, with a view towards the river from the room. The restaurant sits by the the river, so we enjoyed breakfast and drinks in the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location Close to many F&B spots and bars Walking distance to the morning and night markets…with free bicycles, easy to get around. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

Great location, balcony had good river view, although there is a road in front of the hotel and there is some sort of construction work on the river bank so not particularly quiet or relaxing The viewpoint cafe, where breakfast is taken, has a nice view
