A lovely quiet hotel, small scale and intimate feeling. Amazing terrace for breakfast at the Mekong river. But most importantly: super welcoming and attentive staff. Lynn really makes you feel at home.

A perfect location - I enjoyed having breakfast overlooking the Mekong River. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed - it was worth getting a room with a balcony overlooking the river.

“Highly recommended , away from the hustle but close enough to walk .”
The rooms are cool and quiet , I was very happy here and slept like a log . The staff were kind and even organised someone to bring my phone charger to the airport after I left it behind .

We had a great stay in Charm hotel. Madame Lilly helped us to move around and enjoy Luang Prabang as its best. Rooms are clean and all facilities are available. Hotel provides delicious breakfast, for my favourite banana omelet I even have taken the receipt. Location is also very good, you can enjoy stunning sunsets on Mekong. Overall I recommend staying there for couple of nights to enjoy the city vibe.
