“A nice place to stay”

Lovely building overlooking the river Nam Khan. Beautiful family hosts. Upstairs room has river views. Fan in our room only has one speed which is very high so we had to use the aircon. Balcony is good but they allow smoking. Amenities in room are not replenished except for water. Not Tea/coffee etc. Breakfast is basic with half a dozen choices and fruit is provided. Coffee needs improvement. The room needs a luggage rack rather than having your suitcases on the floor and a clothes airer would be great. Location is good - very quiet but it is a 1.3km walk into town (night market etc).

Nice view of the Nam Khan River which merges into the Mekong river not far from the hotel. Big clean room with a balcony. All toiletries are furnished. For breakfast you choose a drink and a main dish, and it's served with a plate of fruits. Last but not least, the host speaks good english, is very accommodating and friendly.

“Great value stay”

Really lovely hotel situated in a quiet but well located part of LP. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Daily cleaning was a real plus too. Staff are very friendly and helpful- we rented scooters and booked onward travel to Nong Khiaw through them and everything was seamless. Very highly recommended

Room is comfortable and clean with good breakfast, the staff are really kind as well. The location is also good with everything within walking distance.

I stayed 5 days then I extended it by two more days. The hotel staff were kind. Sitting on the balcony with a view of the Nam Khan River was wonderful. It's in a quiet location, a 10-15 minute walk from Niht Market and the main street. The breakfast was filling, with fruit and smoothies too. They cleaned every day. They arranged my airport transfer and even bought my train ticket to Vang Vieng. Lots of kisses to your candy bebo.

“Perfect, soft beds and calm surroundings”

The perfectly soft beds, the ceiling fan, the quiet neighborhood, the nice garden and our own balcony, the kind and attentive staff, housekeeping every day, everything was perfect. We really would have wanted to stay extra days but they were booked full. We really loved our stay here

Absolutely loved our stay here! Highly recommend! Staff were very helpful, we got a free room upgrade, our own balcony, comfy bed/pillows! Great shower with instant hot water and great water pressure. Would definitely stay here again!

The room and breakfast was a stones throw from the river. Although there's a road in-between it is really quiet and peaceful having breakfast. I recommend the banana pancake very nice. Manager organised trips transportation and rail tickets.

Very attractive and peaceful location on the riverfront within heritage listed old town. It’s only a short walk to temples and morning alms.
