Beautiful room, clean, spacious with kettle, coffee and hair dryer. Kaota was amazing- so hard working, kind, sincere and helpful. Lots of fruit at breakfast. I enjoyed my yoghurt with fruit and oats.

“Great value, comfortable stay in central LP”

Really fantastic location, only a few minutes walk to the main street. Lovely staff who are so friendly, helpful and give such a warm welcome with a map of local area and tips on the best places. Lovely breakfasts, comfy beds, decent shower and air con. There was an issue with the WiFi while I was there but they dealt with it and got it sorted quickly.

Really good location and breakfast was good (especially the banana pancake) Clean rooms but the best part was how friendly and helpful the staff were. Nothing was too much!

Location, staff and large room

“Prize find in Luang Prabang”

The staff were fantastic. We arrived and were given an introduction to Luang Prabang with a map of the area. We were then updated on breakfast times and our luggage taken up to our room. First class service. Taxis were arrange for us. We were really made to feel at home. The hotel was situated in a great location to explore the area.

Nice big, dark room. It's a bit dated but the location is great and it was easy to sleep in the big bed. Breakfast was served just outside the room and they had a good laundry service as well. Easy to walk to the river from both sides.

Breakfast was really nice, they were very accommodating to any alteration we wanted to make to the menu they have. Free coffee/tea/juices too. Fresh plate of fruit served also. Room was very clean and it was also cleaned every day. All the staff were super friendly, especially the front desk manager. She really went above and beyond to look after us. Explained about the area on a map and gave food recommendations which were excellent. Location is fantastic, a lovely part of Luang Prabang. Genuinely not one bad thing to say about this place.

The property is so centrally located that one can cover all the main attractions walking. The staff were ever helpful with the right information and arranging local trips. Big sized bathroom with a shower cubicle, which is a rarity these days. The room was massive and was cleaned everyday.

Hotel in the center, but in quiet street. Staff was very kind and help us in everything we needed. Room.was clean, big and comfortable. If we come again to Luang Prabang we would choose same hotel. Don,t hesitate!
