The manager is friendly. Complimentary drinking water, tea, and coffee are always available. There's a fridge for storing food. The bedroom is large and tidy. The place is situated in a quiet neighborhood.

Great location & very helpful staff. Dorms are simple & clean. Good value for money for Luang Prabang.

“Lovely short stay in central Luang Prabang”

Only stayed for one night but the room we had was lovely, spacious, and had a great balcony at the front of the property where you could see the temple on the hill. The owner seemed very kind and helpful. Nice short walk to some great bars and restaurants. Would recommend.

“Perfect one-night before the slow boat.”

I was so pleasantly surprised! The owner (I assume) was so friendly, and so helpful. He responded so quickly to messages. He helped us arrange the slow boat to Thailand, including pick-up. Free drinking water, tea, coffee. Free use of lockers, and a fridge to store our packed lunch for the boat :) Also, while it is a bit of a walk to get to the centre etc. it’s a nice walk, and it means you’re away from the madness!

A very calm and quiet atmosphere. The owner is extremely helpful. I loved the breakfast (rice porridge).

The owner was the most kindest and helpful! Anything you needed help with, he was there to assist. Also if you wanted to book anything for example I booked transport to the waterfalls, he was able to sort it. The hostel itself was very clean and beds very comfy. Breakfast was tasty and on thursdays they offer a free dinner what was also very tasty. Location is around 20min into main attractions but the area has loads of cafes and shops so nothing is too far. If you don’t want to walk, you are able to easily get a tuktuk into the centre! Everything was excellent here and would stay here again. Thank you:)

“Pleasant”

It was a great stay in La Casa. I was offered to join family dinner and we spend a really good time. Hospitality of the host is really heart touching. Helped me in booking my train and van as well

Good hostel, free water, tea, coffee. Really good breakfast for the price. Everyday its chancing. Once a week there is a shared complimentary dinner. I met nice people who stayed in the hostel and ended up going to sightseeing with them in many days.
