The location is great - so easy to get everywhere by foot. I felt very safe here as a solo traveller. Oum was really helpful to me and I will be returning for a third time thanks to him!

“Comfortable stay in heart of Luang Prabang”
We enjoyed our recent three nights at Jasmine Place House. Location was ideal, a short stroll down a side street with no vehicle access so very quiet and a ten minute stroll to either the night market or river. We were quickly checked in and shown to our room which was compact but good enough for a short stay. The balcony we asked for was a bonus even though there was no view to speak of. The room had a comfy bed but there was no space to unpack or hang clothes. Bathroom, also compact, had a decent shower and provided some toiletries including tooth brush and toothpaste. Breakfast was very good, fruit and a choice of a dozen or so different sets, western or local tastes both catered for

“Disappointed.”
Overrated guesthouse. Got the wrong room on day 1. Breakfast was oke, but "smoothie" was just 80% water. Once waited over 30 min for breakfast and still did not get it. (It was not busy). Room was not so clean. Personel woke us up in the middle of the night to ask for our scooter keys. I placed it where she wanted but she wanted it to be somewhere else anyways. Overall a bit disappointed.

Nice breakfast in the morning on the deck, clean room, good internet and fantastic location to town and the night markets. The lady at reception was lovely and very helpful. The location was fabulous, very near the night markets and centre of town. Breakfast selection was excellent.
