“Place doesn't exist”

This place doesn't exist. I looked everywhere in the street it mentioned it's located at, and absolutely nothing. I also tried to text the number and got a message back it's the wrong number.

“Place is closed. Don’t book this place”

“Place couldn't be found, noobody to be reached, we were left without a place to stay.”

When we arrived in Luang Prabang, there was no one to be reached. We went to the address and even asked multiple people in the area, but nobody had ever heard of "Happy Angle." Nobody picked up the phone that day. Even worse, it was during the water festival in Luang Prabang, so pretty much everywhere was fully booked. We ended up (completely soaked, of course) finding a place where we paid 45€ for one night after hours of running around. I'm not really angry at the other place for taking advantage—it's supply and demand. The next day, somebody from "Happy Angle" sent a message through Booking.com, but they didn't want to give me the correct address. Instead, they wanted to meet in front of a random temple for some reason. It wasn't even close to the address listed on Booking.com. Luckily, we found a different place to stay the next night. Honestly, I'd really like to know if this place is a full-on scam or if they are just incompetent to the point of not being able to communicate the address and not picking up the phone either. Maybe they messed up and just didn't have the room available that night. If that's the case, I would have preferred if they had just told me that, and maybe we could have found a solution. At the very least, we wouldn't have spent hours running around looking for the place.
