Since i was there back in 2021 and 2022, I knew already, It is a safe option in Luanda, rooms are very clean, good in size, staff very nice and professional, food is also good. It is a solid option for Luanda

Extremely disappointing and very poor customer service. Rude and unprofessional reception staff. Worst when you call for help on calling from the room, the worst response of front desk ever. they call themselves 4 star but the service and facility is n to even 1 star. I am was shocked that they couldn't even give me slippers. The an answer was simply no, not even apologise for inconvenience. I am extremely disappointed. I wouldn't wish to my enemy this hotel.

“It was alright, the wifi is perfect, and enjoyed my stay”
I enjoyed the fact that I requested a room without any carpets and they provided for it. The staff at a breakfast was a very helpful and the restaurant food was out of this world delicious The hotel is located in the CBD and was a walk away from the venue where our meeting was hosted.
