No parking places for all guests. If parking is full you have to park on the street. We have called the property in advance to reserve a parking spot but when we arrived the parking was full. The staff member, guarding the parking lot was rude and not helpful. Later during our stay I overheard a conversation between him and other staff members regarding a guest who has requested his place to be reserved for few hours while he is out with his car. It went like "F$$k this scumbag, he will park on the field". The swimming pool is located in front of the villas and there is no restriction for noise in the afternoon. There were some guests using the pool and making extreme noises, so it was hard to take a quiet rest in the afternoon.

A lot of green areas. The pool was warm and the kids enjoyed it. It is close to all beaches in the area - Central, Coral, and one small beach very good for kids.

“Great Stay”

Absolutely very nice Villa, everything is new, well thought, the area is perfect and beautiful. The room size is enough, not too big, more like in hotels, but everything works well. We like the inside Villa Garage which is perfect for the car in summer. Also the pool with heated water was just amazing. Breakfast was good, maybe not great, but this is Villa and not a big hotel. As for the area - it is a walking distance from the Centre, but you need to pass some road w/o lights, so we used the car anyway.

Facilities and location are great. Perfect for family's with children but also couples. Clean and tidy comfortable rooms wich get cleaned every day. Villas are positioned very well also plenty of green space and dedicated children playground. I strongly recommend the EM villa for comfortable and relaxing family holiday. Will book again

Relaxing, spacious, calm and comfortable with a decent pool and jacuzzi. There is also lunch and dinner (rather limited choice but tasty), which is very convenient.

Free charging for EVs. There were regular sockets for every parking spot in the garage. If you need faster charging - there is a dedicated three phase socket.

Off the main buzz in Lozenetz Close to the beach, like 5 min walk Great pool, even if there is no kid's pool Not overcrowded, most of the time there are 2-3 people around Lots of space in the yard with playground Garage, nothing beats your car staying cool in the summer Food, if not abundant in choice, is delicious

Villa Em is a fantastic place. Secure and clean, the studio we hired was huge and had everything we might need for our stay. The pool is beautiful and the temperature was perfect so the kids didn't feel cold for a second. The garden is well maintained and the playground is a great addition. The breakfast and the food services from the bar - excellent. If you have kids definitely book that place as I felt very safe with 2 and a 3 year old on the grounds.

Very friendly staff, good location - great views and not super busy and loud, close to the road so some noise can be heard; amazing pool and lovely lush garden with sunloungers; we had a big balcony overlooking the sea and the rooms were great size;

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Lozenets.

The complex is great. The garden and the pool are really nice. The rooms are big enough, very comfortable equipment. Only the the doors are very heavy and noisy. You always hear every neighbor when gets out/arrive at the his room/apartment. They have also underground parking to be easy for the guests to transfer their luggage.

The double room on the top floor was great, super sea view from the terrace! Many windows all around also make it exclusive. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Nice finish everywhere. Great big garden and really nice garden breakfast experience!

Everything was perfect. The hosts are extremely nice. The place is so beautiful with everything that you need for you to relax and have an amazing time. Has a big yard with jacuzzi, hammock, tennis court. The pool is very clean. Has a big private parking. Breakfast is tasty. The beach is on a walking distance from the villa - around 6-7 minutes.
