We had a great stay: friendly and approachable stuff, our room was cleaned every day, the pool was clean. 2 mins walking distance to the beach, 5-10 mins walking to restaurants area.

Perfect location, the beach is max. five minutes away, the staff, the every day cleaning and changing of the towels!!! Every three days changing the sheets!!! The pool is maintained every night. The coziness of the hotel. This is the perfect place for relaxation in Lozenets!!!

I really enjoyed Touch hotel, thanks for the personnel here who make this place very special. The lady at the reception is a very kind, understanding and always willing to help. Big thanks to her as she made the stay in the hotel very great. Breakfast is something totally incredible, it is fully made from home products - fresh cheeses, vegetables, sausages, jam etc. And we even got "mekicy" as a compliment during the first breakfast here. The swimming pool is exceptionally clean, there were two of them - the small one is very warm and the bigger one is a bit colder but totally perfect for the summer. Probably this is the cleanest swimming pool I have ever been to. In general, the whole territory is well taken care of and there are always people around to clean everything. There were always enough parking slots around the hotel (private parking) and we had no problem finding the place any time. The beach is very close to the hotel and we enjoyed the water: very warm and clean. Also, big thanks to the big balcony with a place to dry the clothes after the sea/swimming pool or resting after the beach.

“It was nice”

Brand new hotel, exceptionally clean pool, good location - 1-minute walk to the central beach & 5-minute to the town center yet remote so peaceful and quite. Most of the staff were nice except for a mid-aged lady with black hair who seated us at breakfast on the first morning of our stay who was a bit sus.

Excellent hotel and service. Very calm location and close to the beach. Food was fine.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Newly opened and clean hotel, nice pool area, only short walk to the beach, no loud music was played in the evenings. Free parking close to the hotel.

Everything was perfect - clean, new and cozy. The staff was so helpful. The atmosphere so relaxing and comfortable. The swimming pool was cleaned every night.
