The hospitality was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and the food tasted wonderful. Strongly recommend for families and couples who want to visit a quiet and peaceful beach side hotel. The atmosphere around the pool was perfect.

There was no room available, despite the fact that it had been confirmed. As it had to be technically cancelled, the booking.com asked the place if it agreed to give back the money. They did not responded, so I lost the money and had to find another place to stay.

All round amazing! Me and my partner were absolutely thrilled with the hotel! The owner was so welcoming and made our stay here! The hotel has 2 swimming pools and it has its own private beach which we went to. The hotel was very clean. Satellite TV. There is lift access to all floors ! They have an on site restaurant which served amazing food. Breakfast was 10 leva per person and dinner 25 leva well worth every penny!

Moreover, the warm and welcoming nature of the manager undoubtedly enhances the overall experience. Their personal touch and attentiveness likely make guests feel like they are among friends, creating a sense of belonging that goes beyond typical hospitality. In summary, this place is a true gem that stands out not only for its stunning location but also for its exceptional staff and their ability to provide outstanding service in the face of adversity. The staff is great, very polite and helpful, the place was quite and nice, on a walking distance from both Lozenetz and Tsarevo. Food was great, the view was great, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The location was close to the Oasis beach, as well as a smaller beach next to the hotel. It was quiet and clean. The restaurant food was well prepared and the prices were appropriate. The hotel also has a great, clean pool.

The owner gets involved personally in every single aspect at the place. The wish to make guests happy is written on this face and visible in every single actions of his and also of his staff. The staff is made mainly from young, highly motivated and smiled people and it is the perfect environment. The place has its own pool and a tiny seaside beach area. There is something for everyone. I highly recommend it and I would definitely get back with my family for the place itself, for the view and for the manager and the whole staff. This personal attitude - it’s hard to get nowadays.
