It was well equipped and the owner was very good with information and instructions. Very clean, good quality amenities and linen! City centre is 25-30 mins by bus.

Authentic Stay Just Outside the Buzz of San Sebastian We had a fantastic stay at this apartment hosted by the wonderful Iñes. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. She greeted us with beers and snacks on arrival, let us check in two hours early, and even allowed us to leave our bags while the cleaner got everything spotless. Throughout our stay, she was always just a WhatsApp away — booking restaurants, arranging taxis (even one out to the Basque countryside and another to the airport), and offering great local recommendations. She truly couldn’t have done more for us — a real credit to the place! The apartment itself was wicked — modern, clean, and had everything we needed. The only (very minor) thing we missed was aircon, especially during a serious Spanish heatwave. Fans were provided and did help, but a couple of British lads could’ve done with that extra chill! Location-wise, it was ideal for us. Set in a cool, up-and-coming local neighbourhood, it was about a 10-minute bus or taxi ride into the historic centre of San Sebastian. We loved staying a little outside the tourist areas — it gave us a real taste of local life. There were some brilliant local bars just a short walk away where we ended up making friends, chatting, and partying with locals — a proper authentic experience. San Sebastian is a stunning city, but being able to dip into the hustle and then retreat back to a quieter, more local vibe made the trip extra special. I’d 100% stay here again, and I’d recommend Iñes and her apartment to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, culture, and top-tier hosting.

“Great apartment with an even better host”

Such a lovely, well decorated apartment with a good bed and good shower. Couldn't ask for more. Bus and train to downtown are right outside. Free parking is about a 15 minute walk away. The host however was best of all. She went out of her way to help us get our car fixed after it was broken into (in a different city, not at this location). She arranged for everything, we just had to show up at the garage, and she kept checking in with us to see if everything went smoothly.

Everything was great. Very nice and helpful owner of a clean place. It got everything we needed. Super easy to get to the city center with a train.
