“An enjoyable stay in Paradise”

Great location at the side of the runway. A short walk from Maho Beach and D’s bar which has an amazing viewing platform for the planes. Eric the accommodation manager was great and went the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We arrived late but Eric drove me to the local supermarket, which was a massive help. Excellent location for aviation photographers, enthusiasts and spotters. The aprtmnt was clean and had efficien a/c and the kitchen had what was required. The terraces are very good for eating and taking photos, sometimes at the same moment ! Closest food shop 10 mins away in Maho, but 2 mins walk away is Dinghys Beach Bar and Grill, bonus, with another elevated platform. The area is quiet and felt safe and we didn't want to leave.

Great location for aircraft spotters. Also close to shops / restaurants / beaches. The apartments also allow for self-catering which was very useful for me.

Great position with perfectly located deck and viewing terrace overlooking the SXM runway at the spool-up/touchdown position. Simple, older style apartments have all you need including a/c and reliable wifi. Short walking distance to both Maho Beach and Simpson’s Bay, so lively buzz or beautiful tranquility are both on your doorstep. Very user-friendly. Parking available on site.

Nice place, especially for planespotters with the nice platform directly at the airport-fence :-) For „normal“ people it’s good as well, as beaches, restaurants and a supermarket are close by.

It is an excellent appartment to stay on the island. You have your privacy, but from the other side, all activities are just nearby: famous Maho beach, Simpson Bay Beach, supermarket, bars und restaurants. The property has a terrase, where you can watch take off and landing of aircrafts in the shadow of palms. In the night airport is closed, so you will be not disturbed by noise. There is a kitchen and aircondition in the appartment. Free parking is everytime available. Eric is a perfect host. He were ready to answer all our questions about the island, gave us some good tips and let us do late check-out. We stayed here one week, enjoyed every day and did not want to leave this place!

This is surely the most perfect place for plane spotters in SXM. Excellent Viewing and photography. And Eric is s great host. Nice clean appartments with kitchen. For your evening drinks bars are around the corner.

This is definitely the best area to be in Sint Maarten close to the famous Maho beach and Simpson Bay beach. There lots of popular like bars Sand Bar and 3 Amigos, also Restaurants Jax/Alina/La Rosa and Moulin Fou Club Mykonos and the casinos Dunes and Casino Royale. The place is located in a secure area, is next to a rental company. The apartments have a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, they are completely furnished, have wifi, AC. At the back at the place is exactly the airport and you can see the departures and arrivals right from your backyard. Prices are very reasonable comparable to other places around.
