Pool was full of broken glass which we got stuck in our feat the first day. Balcony doors couldn’t lock which was risky with young children Apartment was full of mosquitoes and ants upon arrival, dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and microwave had old food. Paid for breakfast through booking.com but the hotel only gave vouchers for the adults not children. Booked for 2 adults and 2 children but hotel wanted us to pay for the extra sheets and towels for the kids and we had to make the beds ourselves.

My sister and I were hesitant after reading the reviews but the price was so good that we booked it. We were amazed at how spacious and clean the room was. The view was amazing and clearly we got one of the renovated rooms. Honestly we were so happy with the space. The whole staff was amazing. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Marcia at the front desk is the lady you go see for any excursions. She was amazing we loved her so much. Being two women traveling alone together. We felt safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend 🩷
