The charm of the building. This is not 3 star. It is definitely 5 star. The location is close to Ukraine Border. Very convenient if stuck on border que. The restaurant is super with many international dishes. The included breakfast is just wow..

“Small hotel which is more as a hostel with rude arrogant staff”
Great location in the center. Outside sitting area was quite nice. Building has its historic charm. Specious parking area, though for extra charge which was a surprise. Comfortable single beds, but not sofa, it was horrible. Good Wi-Fi, variety of tv channels.
