It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. Great location in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to the city center, nearby beach, and promenade. Apartment is equipped with everything you need: a bedroom, bathroom, spacious kitchen with a dining area overlooking the Adriatic Sea, and a lounge area with a TV and good Wi-Fi. Two large balconies with beautiful views of Lovran, a private entrance, and air conditioning. Parking is available on the property. Apartment is accessed via a narrow and rather steep street. Host is very kind and helpful.

Extremely clean, very spacious, beautiful sea view from both balconies, the hosts are the nicest people - very hospitable, they let us leave our car parked there even after check out! Great location, close to the city and the beaches, yet in a very peaceful neighborhood, perfect for a summer vacation or weekend getaway from busy cities!

The apartment Fiore is spacious with two bedrooms, it has a big private parking place, everything is modern and very clean. From the two balconies there is a beautiful view over the sea. The town center is in five minute walk and there are numerous beaches within 7-8 minutes. There is a supermarket nearby, there are several restaurants, cafes and a bakery. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Spotless clean and well managed apartment. Fantastic view from balconies in two directions. Everything you need in the kitchen. A short walk to beaches and cozy centre of Louvran for coffee or dinner. Very good value for money, would like to come back!

Huge apartman,separated rooms,two huge balcony. Quiet area,nice owners. Restaurant is 5 min walk,shop 3 min walk. Beautiful view.
