Lovely property, warm and cozy. Hosts made sure fire was lit before we arrived. Close to a very nice restaurant.

Honestly…I still really dont get the last negative reviews 🤷🏼‍♀️ Maybe there were made some changes in the last days so we didnt find anything negative to be mentioned, but we were satisfied with the small house in general. We found the keys in the lockbox what is the way of getting keys we prefer because you can arrive whenever you want… The house was clean, the curtains on the windows and beds sheets smelled very good. The bathroom was clean and there wasnt any bad smell at all. There were the towels, shower gel, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, little contact grill, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker with capsules, several kinds of tea, instant coffee, sweet snacks, welcome drink, big fridge with the feezer, kettle, washing mashine with detergent, clean shower, ball for kids, grill outside in the garden, little swing and trampoline. You can buy there some honey and alcohol if you are on the way home and still didnt get any presents for bringing home… There is no fireplace stove inside at all what was a difference compared with promo pictures. The night was pretty cold, but we slept well. We didnt want to try to use the A/C because it looked like its best years are over…so that is the only one thing I can mention like a small minus. With the fireplace it would be perfect, but maybe it is just in the process now and there will be some soon. The neighbourhood was quiet. Here and there some barking dog but it is not disturbing inside of the house at all. The entrance to the front yard is monitored by the camera.

Central location to plitvice and Zadar

Zvláštní je každopádně vstup hned do jedné z ložnic. It is not usual to have a bedroom first to enter....

The garden is absolutely perfect for dogs, because it is big so they can run a lot and discover everything. The place is very well equipped (more then I expected) and the furnitures are also comfortable. The fireplace was my favourite (you can heat the house with this). The place is not far from the motorway so you can reach easily Zadar or the Plitvice Lakes. Sadly we had to leave earlier but next time I hope we can stay more. Thank you! The owner doesn't speak english, but with google translate and gestures we discuss everything and of course she is very helpful :)

The house is very cosy and well equipped. The yard around is equipped with a grill and a small terrace. Everything was clean and in a well condition. We definitely would come back here.

“Very nice place”

Nice rural house in the mountains, unfortunately we stayed only night on our way to the sea. It is very nice place, very quiet with a large garden. The landlord was waiting for us to give us keys, despite we came very late. All was perfect, we definitely recommend it.

The house does not have two bedrooms. one of the rooms is an addition to the porch, with Pladur, I think. it has a curtain separating the doors. i.e. no door. The house is in the middle of nowhere. The walls were yellow because of the dirti and the house had an unpleasant smell. the person who received us did not speak English. The sofa bed is uncomfortable. Very old and uncomfortable furniture.

Warm welcome by the host. House was clean, comfortable, and kitchen very well equipped. Easter decorations and easter eggs was a lovely touch. Woodburner was wonderful for warming up, and already burning on our arrival. Location is great- quiet village, and only a short drive from shops, coast, caves, waterfalls and mountain hikes. We didn't explore the local walking/cycling options, but worth doing so for a next visit.

It was great, the hosts were there to let us in when we arrived, they were very helpful and even put a fire on for us on this cold day, amazing! The apartment was big, very well equipped and very comfy. They even left some local alcohol for us to taste.

“Nothing is missing, especially if you come with a bunch of kids”

We have never rented a room or a house with so many facilities, so complete kitchen equipment (things so unexpected that we started to look for some of them for a laugh - and they were there!) or bathroom/toilette facilities at least a pair of each, so we could chose. As a welcome gift we were offered liquors, and there were different kinds of teabags (many of which I've never heard of), coffee, candies etc. Advertising the house to be ideal for families was not exaggeration, on of the shelves was full of children books, there were toys in the house and a small playground in the garden; even more, the house is settled in a local street on the edge of the village with practically no traffic, so parents don't need to keep eyes on kids all the time. The beds were great, and the position of a house enabled night silence and darkness that can hardly be expected less than 100 miles beyond stratosphere or few miles beneath the ocean surface. Also, if you spend night listening to music, talking or singing, watching TV a bit over usual loudness level you'll most likely disturb nobody because of the distance to next house. WiFi was perfect. As for location, you have to be prepared not to get disappointed: if you like walks along meadows or hills, or come with bikes, this is a perfect place for you. Otherwise you'll need a car, but within a range of one-day excursions there are enough interesting places that can fill a whole week. Cerovac caves or Tesla memorial center are half an hour drive away, and if you decide to go a bit further (70-80 km) you'll be awarded by marvelous natural beauties like springs and canyons of Croatian and Bosnian rivers, limestone rocks and fields, old castles and historical points, and different lakes including the famous Plitvice National Park.

The location was very calm and peaceful, the house was well equipped, the communication with the host was very good, there were drinks waiting for us in the fridge, the terrace and the garden were great.
