“Fabulous sanctuary.”

Such a beautiful and quiet sanctuary. You wouldn’t know the main street of Lovina was 100 metres away. The staff are friendly, the rooms modern and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure good. Breakfast choices are varied, my favourite was the healthy bowl. The Bali coffee is good as always and the fruit juices absolutely delicious. The pool is heaven and if you like doing laps there is a part of the pool that is like a lap pool at 20 metres long. You are close to everything and is easy to access. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and everything is consistently great. This place is our favourite, and we love coming back here.

“Peaceful hidden oasis in the heart of Lovina”

Beautiful hotel set back from the main road so it’s super peaceful, and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for! The room is spacious, big bed, comfy pillows and good aircon. Beautiful pool and sunbeds just outside your room so it’s the perfect place to sunbathe, swim and relax. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach, very close to many restaurants & cafes. Owner Marielle made us feel so welcome and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We are 100% coming back here next time we are in Lovina! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved this hotel! The hotel staff and owner were wonderful and welcoming. The pool was gorgeous and very clean. The location was great, though Grabs did struggle to find the hotel for some reason!

Lots of respect to Marielle (a french lady) with a clear vision how to realise a perfect accommodation, surrounded by nature, and great hospitality! One of of the best places of Bali to stay! We had a wonderful stay at Le Chien Rouge, Lovina. The hotel has a fantastic location, an amazing pool and spacious and clean rooms, perfect for relaxing. The owner Marielle and the staff were very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast options were good, though there is still room for improvement. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Lovina and we would definitely recommend it.!

After hectic day in Padang Bai and long travel, this place was just calm and warm that gave us exactly what we needed: warm, friendly welcome, arranged dinner to be delivered, arranged us trip for next day, no bargains, just helpful staff. Thumbs up for the work you do!

The owner of the place is very friendly and willing to help. The swimming pool is really nice and we loved the sunbed inside the water. Breakfast was very good.

Le Chien Rouge is a fabulous boutique hotel in Lovina. Marielle, the owner, has created a true sanctuary that is beautiful, clean, comfortable. The hotel is situated close to the beach where one can catch gorgeous sunsets. It's also close to so many great restaurants. Marielle goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable and she is so willing to help arrange excursions to nearby attractions and transfers to your next destination. The pool around which the rooms and suites are situated is an absolute delight. Would definitely stay there again.
