The joglo’s are quaint, quirky and ever so comfortable, we loved our stay in the 2 bedroom Villa with our corgi (dog). We enjoyed sitting, rather lounging in different area of the Villa, there was an eclectic mix of decor and fresh flowers to please the eyes. The Villa was well equipped and staff were nearby if needed - breakfast was amazing and generous.

This was the highlight of our trip!.....a truly magical place....so cozy! Beautifully decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is super comfy and breakfast is great. There's a deep, clean plunge pool to cool off in, as well as a fan cooled outside area. All in your own private space. The staff are friendly and helpful We will be back! .

The breakfast was excellent. Our private pool was clean and a good size and depth. An easy walk to beachside restaurants to enjoy the sunsets. Free use of a bike to explore.

“Relaxing stay with the nicest people - the epitome of the ‘real Bali’.”

The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything to make our stay memorable and comfortable. They were especially kind to our 14 month old - making sure he had fresh bananas to snack on (on top of the generous breakfast) and always trying to make him smile. They even brought supplies the night before so we could eat as soon as our baby woke. The villa and pool were spotless and cleaned daily. It felt like our second home.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Lata Lama. Loved all of the little touches, stylish decor and well equipped kitchen. Our hosts were lovely and organised a dolphin tour, bike hire and onward travel for us. Breakfast was great and they provided daily cleaning. Short walk to the beach.

“Good place, lovely staff”

It's 5-10 minutes walk from the beach where you can find nice beach restaurant. Staff of Lata Lama was great and friendly. They did provide breakfast that good including fresh eggs (you cook them yourself). They provided cleaning every day. There is possibility to order massage to the house for good price (however they do it on the bed and that is not too comfortable). Swimming pool is quite big and we enjoyed it.

“Great villa with private pool, well maintained”

What a warm welcome we received by the hostess. She really showed us our villa and everything from light switches to kitchen. Staff went beyond to make our stay great. Breakfast was served when you opened the doors. You can order snacks in the afternoon and the restaurant at the end of the road at the beach is great at sunset with live music. We loved the pool and had many towels. Ordered a massage, came to our villa. Rooms had separate airco's and mosquito nets. Everything was well maintained.

“Wonderful stay”

The house had a good size and the location was perfect. Just a five minute stroll from the beach and some nice restaurants. The decor and the flair of Lata Lama are beautiful. Nice and friendly staff.

The staff were amazing. We did not end up staying at this property as it was too small for three people (only recommend for two). We stayed at the larger house which was spacious and oh so lovely - stay at the bigger property if you can afford it, the others are small.

Lovely staff, we had dogs with us and they absolutely loved it there with the local dogs also. Abu is my dogs new best friend 😄

“Peaceful retreat”

A beautiful rustic villa in the middle of rice fields. Gorgeous mostly wooden house with a very private pool. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were delightful. The breakfast was amazing, delivered to our villa every day at 8am. They will organise a driver if you need one. It's a few minutes walk to the beach and 2 restaurants and there is a path to go further along to more cafes etc. There is an ATM at the main road.

It is better than on the pictures, lovely garden, much space and the breakfast is great! Kitchen fully equipped to stay for a longer time

What you think is good depends entirely on what you are looking for. We deliberately searched for a charming, local and quiet place where we could be ourselves, not a big resort with lots of people, entertainment and loud music. Lata Lama met our expectations 100%.
