Beautiful building, lots of facilities. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked great. Really lovely room, very simple with good ac and a large fridge. Hot and powerful shower.

The best place I stayed in Bali! Clean, spacious room, good ac, small fridge, pool, laundry service. After staying in so many guest houses it was good to have some hotel structure for a while! Really enjoyed my time there and extended from 4 to 5 nights

Truly a great place. All the staff are really nice. They offer really great activities (snorkeling, Menjangan diving, etc.) It's close to the beach, I did everything on foot. I would come back, and don't hesitate to go there too.

The hotel is located in a quiet place, except for the singing of birds and roosters instead of an alarm clock you will not hear anything. Large spacious and very cozy room. Very nice staff. Thank you

Ita and her family were very attentive and kind. Unprompted they made a birthday crepe with candles for our daughter's birthday and sang happy birthday the day we arrived. I had injured my ankle and needed to see someone to ease pain and swelling, Ita arranged this and translated for me. The trips we went on while at Bottelmania were great particularly swimming with dolphins, snorkelling over coral, visiting Aling Aling waterfall with sliding down the waterfall plus a visit to the hot springs after going to the temple. All priced really well too with transport readily available. We noted on reviews previously about the mosques being loud and frequent but we did not mind this, despite the daily early start. Ita and her family made lovely food and drink for us pretty much whenever we wanted it and it was very tasty. I miss the cinnamon tea that was frequently made for us, so uplifting and new flavour for me. The beds were very comfortable, with good Aircon in the rooms and warm showers. We highly recommend a stay at Bottelmania.

Well if you looked at my messages you would have seen that we turned up and could not check in as they had no Electricity do to a black out in Bali. So we had to go find somewhere else to stay with a generator. So I don’t think the hosts did ask about our stay

This hotel owner is a liar. Please read low rating review for the hotel first before you make the booking. I make a BIG MISTAKE that did not check out the bad review before book this hotel. It's the worst hotel I've stayed in Bali. The owner just try to make extra money upon your check in. I booked a family room initially for 3 adults, then the plan changed to 2 adults with 2 kids. The owner does not allow us to have 2 kids in the room despite the room have 1 big bed and 1 single bed that can accommodate all of us. I told her my kid is only 10 years old whereas the booking.com policy stated kids stay for free and 13 years old only need to pay for extra. She insisted that 10 years and above need to pay for extra. When I ask her how much extra I need to pay, she keeps shouting at me asking me how much money I have. She is really sounds like she only care about how much money she can rip off from you. I never encountered such a rude and arrogant hotel owner that is so money minded. This rude lady talked to us like we need to beg her to stay there. I will just leave the hotel if not because booking.com already charged my card and it was already very late that time. After all, it is a very basic crappy room with no amenities like soap, shampoo, no tv, no hair dryer, no kettle, not even a bottle of water, nothing! The floor and bathroom are dirty. There are lots of ants in the room. Room door with a gap between after close which people can peep from outside. Next morning when we go for breakfast, she asked us to pay extra IDR150K before we can have our breakfast which was supposed to be included in the room paid. Please go somewhere else if you read this review, there are so many better choice around the area. There is no other guest in view during our stay here.

Ita and her team are adorable, super nice and attentive! We did the dolphin excursion in the morning with her husband, a great time and an evening massage with the hotel too. Not expensive at all and the meals are delicious! I recommend 1000%

Familyrun, welcoming and friendly. They could sell you tours and transportation, but weren't pushy about it when you had other plans. The room was very spacious and nice. Clean and well kept by Indonesian standards. Large outside terrace, actually many terraces all over. The stairs and upstairs beds in the room we stayed in are not good for children under school age I think, steep stairs, low railings. The pool area was great, larger than it appears in the pictures. The wall art all over the place was awesome! Location: you need to walk a bit to get to the center, , or use a taxi / grab, or they can arrange transportation for you. The sidewalks in Lovina could use some maintenance (don't fall into the holes). The mosque was not next door, but you heard it. With a fan going and earplugs I slept right through.

The room was spacious with a big comfy bed, nice bathroom and fridge, the facilities were great and the staff were more than helpful. Very good price. Really enjoyed our stay.
